This article will highlight some halal certified hotel buffets that you can look forward to with friends and family.
1. Iftar pop-up buffet, Hilton Singapore
Hilton Singapore will be bringing back its famous pop-up buffet this Ramadan. This widely anticipated buffet is Halal certified and diners can enjoy it on the rooftop of the hotel while taking in the sunset views. There are thirty food items on the menu including local classics like Ayam Masak Merah, Spicy Beef Rendang and Singapore Rojak as well as exotic dishes like Moroccan Baked Seabass and Egg Shakshuka. Available between 19 April to 9 May only, the price for an adult diner is $74++ (Sunday to Thursday) and $80++ (Friday and Saturday). Children between the ages of five and twelve will pay half the price while those below five gets to dine free.

2. Peppermint, Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay Singapore
Peppermint, formerly known as AquaMarine is situated in the newly repositioned Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay (formerly Marina Mandarin). This halal certified restaurant serves Asian and Western cuisine. This Ramadan, Peppermint will be having a special menu Iftar buffet with items such as Black Angus Beef Sliders, Braised Lamb Shank Casserole and Baby Rock Lobster Indonesia Kalio.
Available between 13 April to 12 May only, the price for an adult diner is $88++ regardless if it is a weekday or weekend dining. Children between the ages of six and twelve will pay half the price while those below six gets to dine free.
Diners with UOB, DBS/POSB, Maybank or BOC card who dine on Mondays and Tuesdays can enjoy a one-for-one deal. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, the deal will be reduced to "dine three, pay two" while on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, "dine four pay three".

3. Carousel, Royal Plaza on Scotts
For many, the in-house restaurant of Royal Plaza on Scotts, Carousel is a name commonly associated with great food. This Ramadan, a special menu is curated for diners to feast, with Nasi Ambeng and Lobster Mee Soto among many other delicacies. Exciting desserts like Bandung ice cream will also be available.
Available between 12 April to 12 May only, the price for an adult diner is $75++ (Sunday to Thursday) and $85++ (Friday and Saturday). Children between the ages of four and eleven will have to pay $42++ and $46++ on weekdays and weekends respectively.
